I'm John Carroll, the creative mind behind Renovis Design, where I blend my passion for design with practical solutions. Based in Plano, TX, I'm a proud Texas Tech University alum. My journey in the world of design and consulting has been nothing short of exciting and fulfilling.

As the Designer and Owner of Renovis Design, I've been helping contractors and homeowners turn their dream spaces into reality. From pre-construction design and planning to creating detailed BIM models and realistic renderings, I'm all about bringing ideas to life.

Before diving into the design world, I was part of the Sherwin Williams family, where I not only managed retail paint stores but supported contractors in the north Dallas area as an outside sales representative. Sales, marketing, and understanding customer needs are in my DNA.

But hey, life isn't all about work! When I'm not immersed in design and consultations, I'm a dedicated family man. I'm blessed with a wonderful wife and two amazing daughters who fill my life with joy. Being a 'girl dad' is an adventure I cherish every day. We love spending quality time together, and yes, I'm also a bit of a video game enthusiast – it's my way of unwinding!

Alongside my adventures in design and family life, I have a deep-rooted love for music. I'm not just any casual listener – I'm proudly in the top 1% of listeners on Spotify! Music is a constant in my life, whether I'm deep in design work or just kicking back at home. And there's nothing quite like the thrill of live music. Whenever I get the chance, I'm all about soaking in the energy of a live performance. It's these moments away from the drawing board, lost in the rhythm and melodies, that often spark some of my best creative ideas.

I'm Jessica Balderrama, a Mexican architect who is deeply passionate about blending art with functionality in design. With a rich background in architecture and a specialized master's degree in Ecology & Environment from UACH, Chihuahua, México, I bring over a decade of professional expertise to the table. My focus is on creating spaces that are not just harmonious and aesthetic but also deeply functional and environmentally conscious.

My architectural journey began as a Project Coordinator at Format in Chihuahua (2013-2017), where I honed my skills in design development and project management. Since 2017, I've embraced the role of a Freelance Architect, working across Chihuahua, Mexico, and El Paso, US. In this capacity, I specialize in transforming client visions into tangible designs, focusing on innovative concepts, detailed 3D modeling, and ensuring compliance with building standards.

My educational journey has been a cornerstone of my professional growth. I earned my Bachelor of Architecture from UACH, Chihuahua, México, where I developed my foundational skills. My Master's Degree in Ecology and Environment, also from UACH, has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to integrate sustainable and ecologically responsible practices into my designs.

Beyond my professional life, I am deeply committed to my family, finding balance through regular exercise, and exploring new places. My love for creativity also finds an outlet in drawing, allowing me to express my artistic side.

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, I embrace the richness of multicultural communication in my work, connecting with a diverse range of clients and bringing broader perspectives to my designs.

I’m Diana Gutierrez, and I am based in North Texas, where I serve as the Design Administrator at Renovis Design. My passion for interior design began in high school when I sought a career that blended my love for both math and art. This led me to earn an Associate’s Degree in Art from Collin College, followed by a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from the University of North Texas.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I am able to connect with a diverse range of clients and colleagues. With strong time management skills, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for creative problem-solving, I excel in juggling multiple tasks and ensuring that every project I manage is completed efficiently and with precision. 

Outside of my professional life, my life is surrounded by construction trucks and dinosaurs, thanks to my son. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything! Alongside being a wife and boy mom, I enjoy drawing, listening to music and spending quality time with my family.
